Macy Lawrence, CEO, Health Coach
I’m Macy Lawrence, managing partner of Trinity Family Medical and a passionate advocate for holistic health and wellness. With a deep commitment to helping our patients thrive, I’m currently pursuing my certification in functional nutrition to better support our wellness clients in reaching their goals.
Health and fitness have always been central to my life, and I bring that same energy and dedication to our practice. Whether I’m working out, traveling, or spending time with my husband and our dogs, I believe in living life fully and intentionally.
I’m especially excited to be on this journey alongside my sister as we grow Trinity Family Medical together, helping our community feel empowered, informed, and at their best — inside and out. -

Emily Cooley, COO, Nurse Practitioner
I’m Emily Cooley, the provider behind Trinity Family Medical. My journey in healthcare began as a registered nurse where I gained invaluable experience in pediatric ICU, adult ICU, and pain management. Each experience shaped my deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit and strengthened my commitment to caring for others.
I have always had a deep passion for service — I firmly believe we are put on this earth to serve one another. That belief guides not only how I care for my patients but how I show up in my friendships and relationships as well.
One of the greatest blessings in this new chapter is getting to work alongside my sister — truly a dream come true. Creating a space together where patients feel seen, heard and cared for is something really special to both of us.
Outside of the clinic, I recharge by spending time with my family and friends — they are my greatest source of joy and balance. I am so grateful to walk alongside you in your journey to wellness. -

Briana Galiano, Nurse Practitioner
I’m Briana Galiano, one of the providers at Trinity Family Medical. I’m originally from Louisiana, where a strong sense of community and caring for others inspired my passion for healthcare and the opportunity it provides to truly do good for people.
I gained valuable experience working as a nurse in the emergency department, where the fast-paced and complex environment helped shape me into the provider I am today. That experience strengthened my clinical skills and reinforced the importance of compassion, communication, and patient-centered care.
I’m driven by a genuine commitment to caring for others and building meaningful relationships with my patients. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling with my husband, spending time with our dogs and friends, and trying new recipes.

Melissa San Miguel, Office Manager
I’m Melissa San Miguel, and I have spent over a decade working in healthcare — a field that has allowed me to live out my passion for helping others. I believe in the power of kindness and compassion and I strive to make every patient interaction a meaningful and positive experience.
My wife and I are proud to call Mont Belvieu home. Together, we have two amazing adult children, and now are enjoying the special joy of being grandparents. Our family also includes three lovable dogs who keep our days full of fun and affection.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, traveling, listening to live music, and diving into a good book. These simple pleasures keep me grounded and energized to continue doing what I love. -

Hailey Lobos, Patient Coordinator
My name is Hailey Lobos, and I’m the patient coordinator for Trinity. I’ve always felt a strong pull toward helping others, which is what inspired my interest in healthcare from a young age. Making a positive impact on people’s lives motivates me every day, and my caring nature and family-centered values continue to strengthen my passion for this field. Outside of work, I love baking, trying new recipes, and spending time with my family—especially my two nephews and my bulldog, Bubbles. I also enjoy winding down with a good movie or book. I’ve lived in Texas my entire life, but I love traveling and exploring new places with my family whenever I get the chance.
